More skills developed and acquired more capacity to reach out to more migrant domestic workers and their families in Hong Kong and in their respective home countries;

Participants learned the importance of collective work in preparing and in doing the actual radio broadcasting;

Participants learned the latest technology (use of equipments) of broadcasting through internet;

Participants especially women migrant workers become more empowered;

Participants developed skills of access to latest technology (use of equipments) of broadcasting through internet;

More women migrant organizations learned and developed skills on radio broadcasting;

Increased number of migrant workers in Hong Kong have learned about their rights and other issues the affects them;

Rise in the number of migrant workers in Hong Kong encouraged to become organized and learn the importance of empowerment;

Families of migrant workers more aware of the situation of their relatives abroad;

More migrant workers encouraged to be part of the international migrants movement.
