Recognizing and Building Communication Rights

Viboral Televisión able to reach communities and sectors that until the project was implemented had not been reached by community tv broadcast.

Cooperation links established between Viboral Televisión and communication students at the University of Antioquia led through strengthening of communication strategies within community groups
