Women from marginalised communities empowered by the acquisition of technical radio skills which have allowed some of them to become radio operators or presenters. Young people in the same community able to use their stories as basis for radio programmes and able to produce radio programmes addressed to youth. Increased awareness among residents in the neighbourhood as to the need for active citizenship and involvement in the affairs of their own community as a way of contributing to the development of the community
