WACC joins civil society groups lobbying for communication rights at the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) in Geneva, Switzerland, and later in Tunis, Tunisia. They are successful in putting communication rights on the agenda of civil society organizations and governments. But it is generally agreed that the game is far from over.
