Indigenous women in Tiwanaco, El Alto and Santiago de Callapa able to report on the life and aspirations of their communities using Radio Aitipiri. Indigenous women through training able to produce and present radio programmes. Traditional indigenous leaders better able to understand the need for training for the women in their communities. Indigenous women empowered through gender training. Some indigenous men more aware of gender and of the right of the women within the community
