Recognizing and Building Communication Rights

Peru

The Rural TV Network (RTVR) has been accepted by 10 municipalities in rural areas as a key conduit for communication for development messages and as a vital part of the local governments communication strategies.
Sixteen young rural communicators trained and better able to produce higher quality programmes.
