The annual WACC photo competition was launched in January. The theme is Communication for All, the new WACC Vision Statement. The competition seeks photos that illustrate the notion that communication is a basic human right, essential to people’s dignity and community; or how communication promotes democratic values and social justice; or how communication helps restore voice and visibility to people, particularly vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.  Over 200 participants have already joined the competition.
